Are your boats easy to handle ?

Profish Boats can be driven quite easily because they don't have the depth of the vee in the hull bottoms that you'll find in the more sophisticated fibreglass boats. As a result, they plane at a much lower speed and are designed to cruise off shore in the 18-22 knot zone. Unlike there more deeply veed fibreglass counterparts, these big rigs will easily cope with the extra weight of the heavier 4-stroke outboard technology. In fact, they benefit from the additional weight, almost the exact opposite to the situation you will find in most deep vee fibreglass boats of a similar length. The specifications on this page are for the 6.0 meter Centre Console and can be used as a guide for you in designing your boat. For more accurate specifications for your particular style of boat you can contact Peter in one of three ways.
